This piece isn’t just for bikers, though—it’s an essential for anyone heading into unpredictable weather. Designed to be worn over your existing layers, it’s intentionally oversized and constructed from a triple-layer fabric: a tough polyester ripstop outer, a nylon inner, and a waterproof polyurethane interlining. It’s got all the protection you’d expect—taped seams, a velcro placket over the main zipper, and a breathable, waterproof feel that rivals the best mountain gear. When not in use, it packs down small, ready for the next adventure. The hood fits over a helmet, and the drawstrings, cinches, and waterproof chest pockets make sure you’re set for whatever Mother Nature throws your way.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size a XL for the photoshoot. This is generally what he has to wear from IH for layering. This jacket was built a little oversized as it's meant to be a layer worn over the top. But, we didn't really find them that huge. The XL fit him quite nicely. He could wear a large if he was going for a more trim fit. Tommy is 5'10," 170lbs with a 40" chest.
